Pamela draws upon her legal background and serves as a trust specialist and independent professional trustee. At The Professional Trustee, Pamela is a Trust Specialist working as part of a skilled cross functional team of attorneys, trust coordinators and financial specialists who help families navigate the complex world of estates & trusts.
The Professional Trustee delivers superb trustee and pre-trustee fiduciary services to families with special needs trusts, living & irrevocable trusts, and business trusts; all while navigating complex family dynamics and various circumstances.
Pamela’s desire to help families navigate life’s challenges began many years ago when she was asked by a family member if she would become involved in the estate planning process. Initially, Pamela acted as a liaison, by coordinating with chosen legal and other professional representatives to help achieve the estate planning objectives. That relationship evolved over time, and Pamela ultimately became a designated Trustee on behalf of the estate. Over the years, Pamela came to realize that she could help many families navigate life’s challenges in the same way that she was able to assist her own family.
Pamela earned a JBA (Journalism Bachelor of Arts) from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a JD from Chicago Kent-College of Law. She is also a writer/editor of numerous estate planning articles.
